The Fifth Annual Barber Vintage Festival features AHRMA vintage road racing, motocross, trials and cross country (both vintage and post-vintage). There’s a bike show, swap meet, demonstrations of exotic motorcycles and cars, vendors and a lot more. Visit the festival Web site at http://barbervintagefestival.org

The Barber Vintage Festival will also host a variety of events for spectators to enjoy including a swap meet, flea market, and vintage demos.  Visitors will also have a rare chance to see and hear the exotic motorcycles from the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum which is home to one of the largest vintage and modern motorcycle collections in the world. 

Mize Mobile, a Bridgestone and Michelin race tire dealer, will be at The Barber Vintage Festival supporting racers beginning Friday, October 9th. Mize Mobile will be located in the RR Paddock and will have a complete selection of Bridgestone and Michelin modern race rubber and will provide complete mounting and balancing services. They will also mount and balance, for a fee, any brand of race tires for any race motorcycle, modern or vintage.

NOTE: Please do not purchase entry or tickets in advance but to come to the AHRMA registration window at the event and get them there.

Schedule:
These are the hours competitors and crew can pick up credentials and get into their respective paddocks. If you arrive before/after these hours and do not have credentials yet, you will be sent to overflow parking (Lot G) until the window re-opens.

Thursday – 9:00 am to 9:00pm
Friday – 6:30am to 9:00pm
Saturday – 6:30am to 7:00pm
Sunday – 7:00am to noon

Directions: I-20 Exit 140 (Leeds) onto Highway 78 east. Turn right before Chevron station onto Rex Lake Road. Turn right onto Barber Motorsports Parkway.

Going west on I-20, take exit number 140 towards Leeds. Turn left off the exit, taking Highway 78 East. Turn right before the Chevron Station onto Rex Lake Road. Turn right onto Barber Motorsports Parkway.

Start out going North on Messer Airport Highway, Merge onto I-20 East via the ramp on the left toward Atlanta. Merge onto Bankhead Highway/US 78 east via exit number 140 towards Leeds. Turn Right onto Rex Lake Road. Turn Right onto Barber Motorsports Parkway.

Gate fee: All AHRMA competitors and crew must go to the AHRMA credential window which will be clearly marked to sign in and pick up your armband for the weekend. Gate fee is $25 for the weekend or $10 for Sunday arrivals only.

Racers who arrive before or after the hours will stage in Parking Lot G. There is no parking fee.
 

Competitor notes: The now-traditional photo of number one road race plate holders will take place right after racing concludes on Saturday.

Concessions - Yes

Camping -  Pass good for entire weekend. Campground gates open Thursday 5 p.m. until Sunday 2 hours after last race. All persons (ages 13 & above) in campsite must have a 3-day admission ticket. No electrical or water hook ups. Camping is restricted to designated area. More details and pricing at www.barbermuseum.org or call 205-699-7275.

Campfires on the ground are not allowed. Grills are OK.

All camping permits are handled by ZOOM.  We do not sell racer camping in advance (all camping that is sold in advance is spectator camping in different lots from where the racers will need to be).  This has not changed. When riders/crew come to the credentials building to sign the waiver to receive their AHRMA armbands – they can step two windows over and purchase a camping pass from a ZOOM employee.
