          Note: practice day NOT AHRMA run, pay for practice at the track. Practice for Friday - sign up at Road America Registration building at 7:00 am  Cost is $150.00 at the event, or $100.00 in advance.

Road America practice costs - Advance price extended to end of day 6/8/2009 is $100. After 6/8 $150.

Pre-entry procedure for Friday test 6/12/2009. Call 800-365-7223 and ask to enter test day AHRMA or Print form from web site www.roadamerica.com and fax to 920-892-4550  

            Directions – From I-43 take Hwy 23 west to Hwy 67 north. At County J enter
                  Gates 3 or 4 or continue north to enter Gates 1, 2 or 6 (will call and race entrants only).
                  Camping Check-in; From Hwy 67 go west on County Road J, enter Gate 4, which is open
                  from 7am to 10pm. Thursday through Saturday for registration.

 Gate fee - $10/day  $25/3 days

 Concessions - Yes

 Camping - yes  No camping registration before or after these hours.
                           Note: all campers must vacate Sunday after the races.
                         

Schedule - Thursday - Thursday at 3:00 PM. we will start staging. Gates will open for competitor set up on Thursday at 7:00 PM. 

                          Late arrivals on Thursday evening...after 9:00 pm will go to a staging area and can
                          go to the AHRMA ticket window at 6:30 am on Friday.

                          Friday Track Run Practice Day Gates Open 7am  Sign-up 7:15am Practice 8am

                          Saturday June  13: Gates Open 7am  Sign-up 7:15am Practice 8am Racing noon
                          AHRMA registration  and tech will open on Friday at 3:00PM till 5:00 PM for Saturday events

                          Sunday June 14: Gates open 7am Sign-up 7:15am Practice 8am Racing noon
