STAGING AREA UPDATE:  With the addition of a flat track in the west Lot, we will need to stage folks in what used to be the Dog Track property.  You will still enter through the Turn 1 tunnel, but do not enter through Gate 40.  Please take the street called Kennal Club into the staging area.

Schedule

Tech Day Sunday at Volusa County Fairgrounds which is located at the intersection of I-4 and Route 44.  $5.00 parking to cover cost of building. Mandatory Riders Meetings Sunday 9am., 11am., 1pm., 3pm. You will receive you info. Packet including maps, safety briefing and parking instructions.

Road Racing Banquet on Feb. 27th, Saturday night. Correction

Credentials—Sunday, February 28th,   8am. - noon, 1pm. - 4pm.  Credentials are required to enter the AHRMA paddock and hot pit areas.  Additional credential are available for purchase ($60) at Tech day or at Gate 40 Monday 6am-10am and Tuesday 6:30am – 9am.
Track Move in: Move in to track Sunday, February 28th, at 7 pm. Based on color groups. An AHRMA representative will be in the staging area at the Daytona International Speedway Gate 40 (off Williamson Blvd.) to direct you.  You must already be credentialed.  Move-in will only be for approximately one hour,. Be ready at 6:pm. You will have time to park and go, no unloading or setting u you pit area.  NO SETUP Sunday!
Parking:  Parking passes should be picked up at registration on Sunday at the Volusia County Fairgrounds.  These passes will be of various colors in order to better organize the parking area.  If you are a sponsor or advertiser and need to be visible for product sales please fax or e-mail Cindy at ccowell@ahrma.org  910-253-8313 before Feb 19, 2010.  These spaces will be limited.
 

Practice:  Mon. & Tues. Morning Practice, Mon. & Tues. afternoon racing. 

Track opens for racers 6:30am on Monday & 7am on Tuesday. Track closes at 6 pm. both days.  No camping/staying in the paddock, you must move out each night.  Extra rider’s meeting at 7:30 am at paddock tech on Monday only.
Daily Schedule:  Practice (two rounds) begins at 8:00am. Racing 10 am -11am, Lunch and Great Men Parade at 11 am – noon.  Racing resumes Noon – 5 pm. Mandy awards will begin the Daytona Winners Circle .  Tuesday awards will be available 30 minutes after results are final.  We are required to leave at 6 PM.
