Important Track Information—PIR and Heron Lakes Golf Course make up West Delta Park, with PIR’s road course sitting in 180 acres of that park. No PA announcements allowed before 8:00 am. No engines can be started prior to 8:45 am, and no bikes can be on track before 9:00 am. PIR is a city park and requires helmets to be worn at ALL times in the pits, and no one under the age of 16 can ride any type of motorized vehicle except during a sanctioned racing event. PIR is also a designated wetland area, so no off asphalt riding can be done. NO outside alcohol may be brought into PIR. The Oregon Liquor Control Commission is very strict, and PIR security will ask you to leave if you are caught with alcohol in the park. The concessionaires have a wide variety of wine, distilled beverages, and beer for sale. NO OPEN FIRES!

Sound Monitoring—Sound Monitoring will occur at this event. All bikes MUST comply with the Track Limit of 103db, NO Exceptions. If your bike is above the 103db level you have one opportunity to modify & comply, if you don’t not meet the requirements you will NOT be able to race and there will be NO refund. This is in compliance with AHRMA Rule 9.3h.

PIR does not sell fuel, but we will have race-day suppliers there with a variety. The main vendor for that will be the Pirelli Tire guy. His business is called Competition Motors, and he sells a variety of leaded and unleaded race fuels. Typically VP and Sunoco.  He can be contacted in advance to bring out special brands.  His name is Tom Young, and his phone number is (503) 329 2475 or   compmotors@gmail.com.

Very importantrace fuel containers must have the racer’s number written on them and may not be put in the trash at PIR. They must be taken off premesis and disposed of properly.
