| Problems viewing
AHRMA forms The entry forms posted on the
AHRMA website are in Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or newer format. If you have trouble viewing
them, try these solutions:
- Save the file to your computer's hard drive and then open it
with Acrobat or Acrobat Reader rather than opening it via your web browser.
In Internet Explorer, right click on the link to the entry form you want. Choose
"Save Target As...," save the file to a location you will remember and then open
it once the download finishes.
In Netscape Navigator, right click on the link to the entry form you want. Choose
"Save Link As...," save the file to a location you will remember and then open
it once the download finishes.

several posted on the website.

and provide a fax number or address to have a form sent. Please specify which form you
want.
- Check a recent copy of Vintage Views. Most of these
forms have been published there.
- Print the html-format all-purpose
entry form.
Get your free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing and printing
pdf files) by clicking the button to the left. You may need to upgrade to version 5.0 to
open the AHRMA entry forms.
Click the Back
button on your web browser to return to the page you were viewing.
