Carol Landa -- gasanda@velocity.net --  I just joined AHRMA this year, (1998).  Went to a vintage trial and swap meet with my Dad and  fell in love with the "whole vintage thing"......brought back fond memories. I rode sidehack with my father, George Wolfe, in the national enduros in the early 1970's...rode   some MX and hare scrambles on my 125WR Husky.....not well , but I had fun...mostly trail rode with friends in the Pittsburgh area, where I was born. I just started riding trials in June 98 and I love it! I recently moved to Erie, PA  and am always on the look out for someone to trail ride with. I still have my 125WR but it needs some work....hope to get it running over the winter, now that I've finally got the parts I needed.  If you are in my neck of the woods and want to  trail ride or practice riding trials (I can use all the practice I can get)...e-mail me.   8/04

Teddy Landers - teddy@tlanders.com -- I have had bikes since I was 16, when I bought a 1952 150cc(?) NSU. However, for some reason or other I parked my new 1971 Penton Six Day in the barn in 1972 after riding the Berkshire International 2 Day Trial in 1971 and didn't ride it or anything else for 28 years. In the summer 2000 I heard about the Penton Days at Mid Ohio and got it out again and rode it. What a blast!!!! Now I'm hooked on AHRMA and all the great people I have met over the last year and a half. I am now 60 years old and have 6 Pentons, a new 2001 200 EXC KTM and a 1974 DT250 Yamaha. Keep up the good work AHRMA. Location - West Plains, Missouri

John  Lawless -- Team2020R@aol.com -- AHRMA #869. Have been racing since off and on since 1990 as Team 20/20 Racing. Currently racing a "Jim Redman RC 172 Honda 350 Four Replica" features alloy fairing and my heroes Jim R. and Nobby Clarks' signatures. Meeting these two legends alone was worth the time and effort to build this bike. AHRMA makes dreams come true by providing a venue in which one can climb aboard his own personal time machine and ride which legendary men and priceless machines. I also race a Honda XL 350 roadracer in 350 Sportsman and sponsor Chris Marshall through my CRIZAL Anti-Reflective Lenses contingency program.  I co-own several Sterling Optical stores in PA and DE and offer a 20% discount on all major brand sunglasses, goggles, and contact lenses to AHRMA members.

Larry Lawrence -- procomm@ix.netcom.com To all history buffs: I am working on a project for the AMA's 75th anniversary. The work encompasses all racing back to the AMA's origins in 1924. I'm trying to build a current phone listing (or e-mail addresses) of all past AMA national racers -- their survivors or friends -- for all disciplines of racing. I would appreciate any and all help in compiling this list. Thank You, Larry Lawrence Location: Indiana

Thor Lawson --
LtThor@comcast.net -- Mid-Atlantic MX points keeper.  Raced motocross in the seventies up to 82 when knee surgery and a career change sidelined me from competition.  In 99, I resurrected the only bike that had been saved over the years as a basket case, a 78 Honda CR250R.  Since then, I have acquired, a 77 CR125, a 81 & 83 CR250R Water Pumper and a 75 XR75.  I am now "hooked" on the competition, sportsmanship, and feeling of family that the AHRMA events have to offer.  I enjoy hearing from anyone, also, if you need Seal Kits for Fox AIRSHOX, SHOX, FORX or Simons Forks, please drop me a line or go to the For Sale page on my website, http://ltthor.home.comcast.net/  Residing in Virginia, I ride under the same number that I carried in the 70's in District 13, # 909.  9/06

Hope to see you all at mid-Atlantic events

Robert Leimenstoll -- rrlndt@bellsouth.net -- I have been an AHRMA member since 1990 and race vintage MX on the infamous Shinobi/Noguchi watercooled YZ’s.  My affiliation with AHRMA has brought much enjoyment into my life, and in a large part was responsible for rekindling my interest in MX racing.  I would like to return the favor, and to this end my wife (Maria) and I have started a foundation to raise funds to help Carlye Mabrey, daughter of Carl and Carol Mabrey.  Carl is a very good friend, and a long time AHRMA member and MX competitor who lives in Gainesville, FL.  A couple of years ago Carl Mabrey and Mike Brown asked me if I would like to join then in a fun ride at Gator Back, wearing some costumes and play racing in formation.  I now find myself anticipating the Gator Back national throughout the year, just to ride with my very good friends.  We rode this year with smiley face jerseys to remember Carlye, as the smiley face is her favorite symbol.  She is now home recovering from a severe car accident, and our prayers are with her and the Mabrey family constantly.  We have a website that you can go to for details.  Please see information at www.carlyefoundation.org .  We are selling tie-dye jerseys and shirts printed by none other than Bard Lackey and generously donated for the cause.  All proceeds go directly to Carlye and her family.  I look forward to seeing you at the races.
