Roadrace entry information

 

 

 


Deadlines. Pre-entry deadlines typically are the Friday two weeks before an event. For certain events, pre-entries may close sooner. Consult the table at the bottom of this page for exact closing dates.

Race fees. All events except those highlighted below: Pre-entry, first class $70; each additional class $60. Post-entry, first class $100; each additional class $60. NOTE: Each day of racing is a separate event with a separate fee schedule. DAYTONA: Vintage and Vintage Superbike, pre-entry $85 for first class, each additional class $75. Post-entry: $120 for first class, $75 each additional class. Sound of Singles, Battle of Twins, Sound of Thunder, pre-entry $110 for first class, $100 each additional class. Post-entry: $145 for first class, $100 each additional class. MID-OHIO & BARBER: Pre-entry, first class $85; each additional class $75. Post-entry, (No post-entry at Mid-Ohio) first class $125; each additional class $75. No refund of Mid-Ohio or Barber entry fee or credit toward future event after pre-entry deadline.

Practice days will be available at most venues on the preceding Friday (see schedule). Cost for AHRMA-run practice days: Pre-entry or post-entry, $100. For track-run practice days, contact the track or event promoter.

Confirmation and event details. Your entry will be confirmed by mail on receipt. Details such as directions, starting times and lodging are published in Vintage Views and by following the "Preview" links on the schedule at the bottom of this page.

Membership. Current AHRMA and AMA membership is required to compete in AHRMA national events. AHRMA membership, 910-253-9738, rschuster@ahrma.org; AMA, 800-AMA-JOIN. Memberships and renewals are available at the track.

Medical insurance. Proof of personal health coverage is required. AMA RAMP (formerly ARMOR) coverage is acceptable.

Refunds. See AHRMA Handbook rule 4.7a. There may be refund restrictions for certain events. The refund request form is available on-line.

Race class options. The following classes are available. Check the AHRMA Handbook for complete details of class requirements.
