Keeping current in SeriesTracker

AHRMA uses the personal information (mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.) that you enter in SeriesTracker for the distribution of important information. Please take a minute to review your personal information in SeriesTracker. If you have moved or changed your email address or phone number, you will need to update the personal information in the system to continue to receive AHRMA-related updates in a timely fashion. Additionally, the mailing list for Vintage Views is generated from the membership database; if your mailing address is not correct, you will not receive your Vintage Views on time, if at all.

I find it unreasonable that Series Tracker is not capable of accepting multiple day registrations. I really hope AHRMA is not paying much to this company for substandard capability.

The system was designed so that the gridding and results could be produced from the entry system. It may seem a bit odd but in the greater aspect of the system it works well. Considering there is no software available that will handle all of the disciplines, the scoring variations, online and manual entry, gridding, link with AMB for the transponder data and track points for all of the disciplines as well. Alot to consider.

Timing is everythinhg. We have been working on that change to the system and now you should be able to change the bike for each class entered.

I registered and paid for the races at Sonoma Raceway, but they didn’t show up in Seriestracker. After reading the comments above about the inability to register for multiple days, I assume that Seriestracker has confirmed payment but will not register me on the list for Sonoma until after the races are complete at Willow Springs?
I have also called a few times, and sent an email as well, with no response from them…can AHRMA answer these questions for me?

I am not sure of the answer. Did you enter both days? If SeriesTracker confirmed payment for all intended registrations you should be good. Cindy is travelling so she may not be the message, John Kuzma has been responding to my emails and has been very good about dealing with SeriesTracker issues. I will send him a note with your email address.

Tim, thanks for the quick response! Yes, I registered for both days at Sinoma on Friday, April 12th and I registered quite awhile back for all 3 days at Willow Springs. I received a confirmation email from PayPal for both days at Sonoma, but nothing from Seriestracker via email nor is anything cinfirming such on their site- so apparently missed that it will still allow me to register for the very same races and classes that I have already registered and paid for..

I will send this to John and see if he can sort it out. Bring your PayPal info to the track for Cindy and registration as proof of your reg.

Assuming you are asking about the Road Racing points, they are posted now.

I cannot do that, I do not have the software. Contact the membership office and they will be able to check.

Keeping current in SeriesTracker. AHRMA uses the personal information (mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.) for the distribution of important information. The distribution of the nformation is only as good as the information AHRMA has in the system. Please take a minute to review your personal information in SeriesTracker. If you have moved or changed your email address or phone you will need to update the personal information in the system. One reason to keep the information current is that the mailing list for Vintage Views is generated from the membership database so if your mailing address is not correct your Vintage Views may not arrive in a timely manner.
