In an effort to expedite and simplify parking at the Barber Vintage Festival in Alabama on October 6-9, 2016, all AHRMA competitors will be required to submit a Parking Pass Request to the Membership Office no later than September 16. This will enable us to organize parking for a smooth move-in beginning Wednesday, October 5 at 10:00am.

Parking for AHRMA participants and crew – both roadrace and off-road – is free, but must be reserved. Anyone who stays on the Barber Motorsports Park (BMP) property overnight is considered a camper, and we will be collecting camping fees on behalf of Zoom Motorsports, the event management team for BMP. Fees are to be paid at the time the Parking Pass Request is submitted (link to updated form is here, this differs from the form in the September issue of Vintage Views). Taking care of this ahead of time by mail, fax or email (no phone calls, please) will simplify the process at the track.

Parking assignments will be mailed in advance. Passes will be issued upon arrival. Anyone who volunteers to help with move-in will receive preferential parking for the weekend; contact Cindy Cowell (ccowell@ahrma.org).

Roadrace pre-entry deadline is September 16. For trials, cross country and motocross, pre-entry deadline is September 23 by mail/fax/email, and September 29 if entering online with SeriesTracker.
