AHRMA roadracer Wayne Moore died Sunday, February 22, at his residence; he was 61 years old. No service is planned. Memorial contributions are suggested to UK Healthcare, KY Children’s Hospital, 900 S. Limestone, 317 Wethington Bldg., Lexington, KY 40356.

    Raced with Wayne for years, very sad to lose a friend & competitor. A good guy that will be missed.

    I will miss seeing Wayne at the track. Lots of fun times. Won’t be the same wearing my Cardinals T-shirts to the races. Sad to lose a friend and the type of racer that makes AHRMA special.

    So sad to hear this. Wayne was a true fixture at the races with his buddies in the Kentucky Wrecking Crew. he loved the races , and he will be missed. Very nice man, and a great racer.

    I sold Wayne my Honda CB350 that I raced to the Midwest Championship when Wayne first started road racing. What a great and funny guy, he will truly will be missed.

    Really sad to hear about Wayne,always enjoyed racing with him,was really starting to get to know him,a great guy.
