Event Sponsor Registration
Agreement Terms and Conditions
As part of American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) event sponsorship agreement all event sponsors at the Barber Vintage Festival Event are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Registration:
Sponsor agreements will be considered for inclusion until 9/30/2024 by which time, the event sponsors must be paid in full. Two passes will be provided to each event sponsor. Any other booth participants must pay $50.00 each.
Event Sponsor Exhibition Setup:
Event sponsor move-in will begin at noon, Wednesday 10/8/2024. Event staff will direct exhibitors to assigned exhibit space. Event sponsors are responsible for all setup and tear down.
Event Sponsor Breakdown/Cleanup:
Event sponsors are required to break down, clean up vendor area and vacate the facility by 5pm, Sunday 10/13/2024.
Event Sponsor Space:
A pre-defined space is allocated unless otherwise noted on your invoice. The event sponsor is responsible for providing any tables, chairs, tent and/or other presentation materials for their exhibit. Event sponsor materials must be contained within the specified space to avoid impeding the flow of traffic and must not present any safety issues.
Event Sponsor Cancellations:
Barber Vintage Festival is a rain or shine event. Event sponsor fees will only be refunded if requested in writing and received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Other refunds are at the discretion of AHRMA.
