This bike is NOT street legal and cannot reasonably be made street legal; this is a race bike. There is no ignition or key, push starts easily in 2nd gear. It is a two stroke.
There is no title for this bike, but a bill of sale will be included.
Located in Huntsville, AL, but can possibly deliver to track/race events or as part of the negotiation. I will work with your shipper at your expense, and/or make the arrangements myself; we can work that out.
