I’m selling my excellent 1979 440 Magnum race bike. It needs nothing! Frame powder coated, less than one hour on complete motor rebuild by Jeff Mullins at Maicowerks. The original Bing, rebuilt by Jeff, and a new Mikuni carb both come with the bike. Talon hubs/Bulldog spokes and Excel rims, new Michelin tires, compression release, cables, complete seat, handlebars, throttle, levers, grips, and the forks and Ohlins shocks were rebuilt by Steve Marpes at Vintage Ohlins. M.O.R. pipe and foot pegs, new plastic from DC Plastics, kick start lever, all stainless steel hardware, chain and sprockets, new brake shoes front and rear hand bedded in, front is 2 fingers. The following billet aluminum parts from Chippy’s in Australia: front and rear brake backing plates, front brake left side conversion with billet torque arm and longer brake lever, rear brake pedal, rear brake torque arm and lever, wingnut, chainguide, case saver for front sprocket, and a steel folding shift lever. Longer 1981 Thor aluminum swing arm. The bike looks and runs like new. It is located in Wyoming, although I do travel to various AHRMA and other races in the West, and I could deliver it.
