Welcome to the AHRMA Mentorship Program – where experience meets enthusiasm!
We created this program to make sure new racers feel right at home in the AHRMA paddock. No more learning everything the hard way! Instead, you’ll have someone in your corner who’s been there, raced that, and still comes back for more.
What Mentors Do:
Mentors are the go-to folks for all things AHRMA—from how to prep your bike to what to pack for your first race weekend. They’ll help new racers understand:
- How to get started (without getting overwhelmed)
- Bike prep, parts sourcing, and class rules
- Race-day logistics and what it takes to have a great time on and off the track
It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being passionate and paying it forward to the next wave of AHRMA competitors.
Why You Should Get Involved:
- Veteran Racers: Share what you love most about AHRMA. Be the reason someone else falls in love with vintage racing.
- New Racers: Skip the guesswork. Join the community, learn the ropes, and make your first season unforgettable.
We’ll do our best to pair new riders with a mentor who’s nearby and into the same kind of machines—whether you’re into road racing, dirt track, or off-road disciplines.
