Notice of Special Meeting by the AHRMA Board of Trustees

Members of AHRMA, pursuant to our club bylaws we are notifying our membership of an upcoming Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting via video conference on 12/12/2024 at 3:30 Pacific Time.   The topics that will be discussed and potential actions based on the discussions include:

    1. 2024 Year end financial review
    2. Preliminary 2025 Budgets
    3. E-Bike Safety Committee Report
    4. Off-Road Organization Restructuring to improve the membership experience and make Off-Road more manageable
    5. Dirt Track 2025 path forward
    6. All Disciplines 2025 National schedules review
    7. Publications 2025 schedule review
    8. Fee increases and pass-through charges, communications and timing discussion

As Secretary of the Association, I will provide meeting minutes from the above meeting excluding any Closed Session discussion/actions if any occur.
