  • First 7 months (December 2024 – June 2025) financial report as shown below:

Financial Summary

  • First 7 months of 2025 (Dec – Jun) ended with $876,895 in Revenue and $44,422 in Net Income
    • 2024 comparison was $802,019 Revenue and $75,716 Net Income
    • Net Income is down ($31,293) from same period last year
    • Net Income by Class/Discipline (after G&A Allocation)
      • OR $16,972
      • RR $29,885
      • DT (~$2,400)
  • As of 7/22/2025, outstanding debt has been reduced from $350,000 to $100,000
  • Cash balances in operating and Benevolent Fund accounts are strong.
  • Weather has hurt attendance at both Road Race and Off-Road events in 2025.
  • 12 months results will be below initial projections, but still well in the black.

Membership

  • AHRMA Membership for June 2024 was 2783.
  • AHRMA Membership for June 2025 was 2701.
  • For 2024 and 2025, AHRMA is tracking close to the Membership levels of 2020.
  • Referrals – 66 new members referred since Jan 1 to June 30. 4 AHRMA members had two referrals in the same month and qualified for the T-shirt sponsored by Motobilia.
  • 2025 Off-road Membership renewal behavior noted by Albert Nationally, the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Region AHRMA National Events.
    • Former Members 65+ are going for the Weekend Membership vs. renewing the full membership. Interested in select events closer to home.
    • The ratio of weekend memberships to full memberships at National Off-road events is 3:1 (Memberships renewed or purchased onsite at an Off-road event)

Old Business

  • Rule Change proposal process is underway, initial vote was taken on July 8.
  • Comment period to members started July 16 and will end on July 23 with final vote meeting scheduled for August 12.

New Business

  • Barber Festival planning is underway
  • 2026 schedules are being planned
  • Board to vote on change to Bylaws regarding board meeting attendance requirements in Article IV Section 6.
  • LS discussed a change to our bylaws based on the ability of Trustees to attend a video Board of Trustees meeting now that in the past was not permitted.
    • Disability of Trustee: In the event of a Trustee’s death, resignation, lapse of membership, relocation out of the proper area (i.e. east or west of the Mississippi) or other incapacity, such Trustee’s office shall be declared vacant. In the event that a Trustee fails to attend three two consecutive meetings (video or in-person) of the Board, such office shall be deemed to have been vacated. In the event that the office of a Trustee becomes vacant, the Board, by majority vote, shall appoint a replacement Trustee who shall take office and serve for the balance of the vacated Trustee’s term.
    • TT moved to vote on this Bylaw change, BR seconded, unanimous approval – Bylaw will be changed
