AHRMA is looking for an exceptional Executive Director to manage day-to-day operations of AHRMA. The successful candidate will have experience managing not-for-profit organizations, and an advanced business related degree. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required, and other systems and applications as needed. He or she will also have exceptional people skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written and will be a collaborator with positive relationships with internal and external partners.
This is currently a volunteer position with expense and travel reimbursement. Future compensation can be negotiated by the candidate based on performance and financial metrics established by the Board of Trustees
Time required is approximately 40 hours per week and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the USA.
The Executive Director reports to AHRMA’s Board of Trustees. There are regular planning meetings with the Executive Director to define strategy and work streams.
