AHRMA is looking for an exceptional Membership Coordinator to manage membership duties.  The successful candidate will have computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, MotorsportReg a plus, and other systems and applications as needed. He or she will also have exceptional people skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written and will be a collaborator with positive relationships with internal and external partners as well as AHRMA management.

This position is a part time role, requiring 20 hours per week or less and it can be performed remotely from anywhere in the USA.  There is no travel required.

The Membership Coordinator reports to AHRMA’s Executive Director. There are regular planning meetings with the Executive Director to define strategy and work streams.  Coordination with other AHRMA disciplines will be frequent and teamwork is a key trait we seek.
