AHRMA Requirements

You MUST SIGN THE AHRMA COVID-19 and event waivers and get your armband prior to going to the CMP gate.  This can be done in the regular registration building.  You may download and print the COVID-19 waiver by clicking the button below.  Remember, this waiver either needs to be printed in color and signed in ink.

In order to safely operate during these uncertain times, we have implemented new guidelines and procedures in order to keep all participants and staff safe.

Please read all guidelines carefully, as there will be NO EXCEPTIONS made the day/weekend of your event.

​Please note Carolina Motorsports Park will not be taking any cash payments until further notice. (The Track Side Grill will still be accepting cash and card payments.) All camping, electrical service, day garages and registrations must be paid for prior to your arrival.

NEW: Online Reservations – Camping, Electrical Hookup and Day Garages MUST be paid for in advanced.

  • CMP will NOT be taking any cash payments the weekend of your event. (Fuel can be purchased the weekend of your event with a credit card only.)
  • All camping, 30amp electrical services and day garage bays must be pre-reserved online prior to your arrival.
  • For camping please bring a print-out or email of your confirmation email. This will essentially be your “ticket” through the gates.
  • For 30amp electrical service and garage bays we will need a confirmation email or photo ID.
  • If open during your event, the snack bar will be accepting cash and card.

Upon Arrival: Gate and Waiver Procedure

  • No-contact waivers. In an effort to reduce exchanges, we will be conducting no-contact waivers. We will have a table set up before the guard house with sterile pens, where all persons entering the premises are to sign the waiver. In the presence of a CMP employee, all persons are to sign the waivers with a sterile pen and deposit the pen into a used pen box after signing. The person signing will be issued a wristband. We will also have hand sanitizer at this station.
  • All persons entering the facility are to sign an Assumption of Contagion Risk waiver, in addition to the standard waiver.
  • Any additional waivers will also be found at this station.

COVID-19 Social Distancing Guidelines: Around the Paddock

  • No spectators will be allowed.
  • Please check with your club or group for limits on family/crew/team members.
  • All persons are to stay within 6’ proximity of their campsite/trailer/vehicle when not on track.
  • Masks are strongly recommended when not on track or wearing a helmet, and especially in close proximity to others.
  • Trailers and campsites are to be set up at least 15 feet from another.
  • Restrooms will be open for public use.
  • Four (4) additional hand washing/sanitizer stations will be placed around the paddock for your convenience.
  • The clubhouse and timing and scoring buildings will be closed to public traffic.
  • The registration building and offices will be closed to public traffic.
