We are looking for volunteers to help during our 2023 Barber Vintage Festival!

ROAD RACE

Volunteer positions include sales of merchandise, memberships, and tickets for various raffles. You may also assist with our silent auction bid management. You will be paired with an AHRMA member to assist with these duties.

Volunteer stations will be set up in the Race Paddock, so you will be close to the Road Race action!

Volunteers will be asked to work two five-hour shifts over the course of the four-day event. Shift options will begin Thursday morning at 8am and run through Sunday afternoon. For example, one five-hour morning or afternoon shift two times over the course of the event.

Schedule: You pick the days and times
Thursday Shifts: 8am to 1pm or 12 noon to 5pm
Friday Shifts: 8am to 1pm or 12 noon to 5pm
Saturday Shifts: 8am to 1pm or 12 noon to 5pm
Sunday Shifts: 8am to 1pm or 12 noon to 5pm

In return, as a Volunteer you will receive early entry into the paddock with the AHRMA staff on Wednesday morning, one weekend gate pass, a paddock parking pass, daily lunch, and an Event Tee Shirt. If you camp in the paddock, Barber Motorsports Park will collect a camping fee. Electric is not available.

DIRT TRACK

Volunteer positions include sales of merchandise, scoring, and staging. All positions do not require previous experience and are easy for anyone to do after some quick training. If you want to be a part of the first ever flat track race at Barber Vintage Festival there is no better way than being part of the Flat Track crew.

Volunteer stations will be set up at the Flat Track area so you will be close to the action!

Volunteers will be asked to work both days of the event. Shifts will be 12 noon to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Schedule:
Saturday Shifts: 12 noon to 5pm
Sunday Shifts: 12 noon to 5pm

In return, as a Volunteer you will receive one weekend gate pass, a dirt track pit parking pass, commemorative Barber Dirt Track Poster, and AHRMA Dirt Track shirt/sweatshirt. If you camp in the dirt track pits, Barber Motorsports Park will collect a camping fee. Electric is not available.

Volunteer spots are limited so contact the Road Race or the Dirt Track director right away if you are interested.
