AHRMA Board of Trustees Agenda for 2025 Meeting #1

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:00am and end no later than 5:00pm. The meeting will be conducted in open session. There will be closed sessions for the discussion of contracts, legal and/or personnel issues only during the lunch hour and at the end of the meeting.  There will be an open member comment session 9:00-10:00am. During this time, any member in attendance may direct questions or comments directly to the AHRMA staff and Trustees.

• Generate/brainstorm ideas to improve AHRMA. Teams can be assigned and collaborate to develop action plan to implement solutions.
• Off-Road – What is AHRMA doing to help/improve and grow the regions? Background: It seems there are two AHRMA organizations – one for Regions and one for Nationals. Some Regions feel like they are out on their own with little or no support from Big AHRMA. Is this accurate?
• Off-Road Nationals – More or less events on the schedule? Are there too many or not enough, why? What is better for members or member growth?
• Why is PV and Next Gen seen as growth in some regions and downplayed in others? Is there a need for consistency across regions?
