Due to the changes that occurred in AHRMA management and the vacuum formed by the transition between board secretaries, whose elections occurred at the NOLA meeting, and the gap that happened between full time executive directors, we will not have traditional meeting minutes for that meeting.  Please refer to the recorded podcasts to listen to the full meeting by clicking on the button below.

In the future, we will be back on track with the minutes being taken by the Secretary of the Executive Committee (EC), or by an individual designated by the Secretary.  The Executive Director (ED) will release the minutes to the Board of Trustees, which, upon approval, will then be posted to the AHRMA website.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:00am and end at 5:00pm. The meeting will be opened and conducted in open session. There will be closed sessions for the discussion of contracts, legal and/or personnel issues only during the lunch hour and at the end of the meeting.  There will be an open member-comment session 9:00-10:00am. During this time, any member in attendance may direct questions or comment directly to the AHRMA staff and Trustees.
