AHRMA is pleased to announce the official addition of Joe W. Koury to AHRMA’s team as the AHRMA Publications Editor. Joe assumes overall responsibility for AHRMA’s print media productions, collaborating with Kevin McIntosh who will be able to focus more attention as our talented AHRMA Graphic Art Specialist.
Joe began working with the AHRMA MAG’s previous editor in 2019 as a volunteer, copyediting where necessary in contributed articles. Over the past few months he has expanded his activities to encompass not only article editing and wordsmithing but also contributing significantly to the AHRMA MAG content. If you look, don’t be surprised to find an article or two in recent AHRMA MAG issues penned by Joe.
Joe started roadracing with AHRMA in 2015. His son (also Joe) completed his first full year of racing in 2018, and was named AHRMA National Roadracing 2018 Rookie of the Year.
Recently retired from a 35-year career with American Honda, Joe spent six years in the Motorcycle Division, and 29 in the Power Equipment Division as a Tech Rep and Technical Writer. He currently resides in Texas with his wife, Sheri.
The AHRMA MAG is our “calling card” reflecting the spirit of AHRMA and AHRMA racing. The Magazine will continue to develop and surprise with the enthusiasm and combined efforts of Joe and Kevin.
