Excitement & fun is in store for the 24th Corsa Motoclassica, the Willow Springs round of the AHRMA National Historic Cup Racing Series! Happening April 26th-28th, the event will host AHRMA run practice on Friday with racing on both Saturday & Sunday. In addition to vintage road racing, there will be a swap meet, bike show on Saturday & camaraderie throughout the weekend! Gate fees are $15 for one day, $25 for two, and $30 for a three day pass. Parking & overnight camping are free! RV hookup is available at $40 / night.
This year’s grand marshal, ex-factory Harley racer & AMA grand national rider, Walt Fulton III, will be on hand for the rider’s meeting as well as an autograph session on Saturday. Following the races on Saturday there will be a special awards ceremony in the building at the top of the “omega”, better known as the Budweiser Balcony. For those who don’t want to ride their pit bike or drive their vehicle up, there will be special transport running back and forth for the evening. California street tacos & sides will be provided by Pagan Feast & Doffo Winery will have some of their fantastic red available for purchase. Meals will be only $10 with all proceeds to benefit the AHRMA Benevolent Fund. The awards ceremony will honor not only the podiums from Saturday’s race, but also the 2018 Pacific Crown Champions! The Pacific Crown is the Western regional series that combines point totals from the Oklahoma, Willow Springs & Utah Motorsports Campus rounds. Walt Fulton will be present to hand out trophies to all of the winning racers. Following the awards ceremony there will be sunset viewing, bench racing, and live music until 10pm.
