Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
Date: August 13, 2026
Pursuant to Article III, Section 4 of the AHRMA Bylaws, AHRMA Board Chairman Greg Tomlinson has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees.
The meeting will convene on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. PT and will adjourn no later than 5:00 p.m. PT.
This meeting will be conducted in closed session to consider confidential business matters involving AHRMA’s governance and executive leadership. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss interim leadership assignments and governance during the Executive Director’s temporary inability to perform the duties of the position.
