AHRMA BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTION BALLOT 2019

NOTE: NEW VOTING INSTRUCTIONS!!

  1. You must be a member in good standing of AHRMA as of November 30, 2018.
  2. Vote for no more than two (2) candidates in the Eastern region and no more than two (2) candidates in the Western region- without regard to region in which you live.
  3. Spaces are provided for write-in candidates. Write-ins must be AHRMA members and live in your region.
  4. Your name, address and membership number MUST appear in the designated space or your vote will not be counted!
  5. The original paper copy of the ballot which appears in the December 2018 issue of the AHRMA MAG or this downloadable ballot must be received no later than January 7, 2019.
